Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Sous Chef at The Den. The Sous Chef will assist the Executive Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations, manage kitchen staff, and ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation. Responsibilities also include inventory management, maintaining kitchen hygiene standards, assisting in menu planning, and supervising food storage and sanitation. The Sous Chef will also be involved in monitoring food costs and ensuring consistency in every dish served.
