The role focuses on leveraging existing and developing new relationships with channel partners who specialize in Luxury sales to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in channel sales within the real estate sector, specifically with partners who deal in Luxury sales.

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s
degree preferred.
• Proven experience in channel sales within the real estate industry, specifically with partners involved
in Luxury sales to clients.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and build relationships with channel partners.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and data to drive strategic decisions.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to effectively influence and persuade clients and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with
clients.
