Job Description

• We are looking for a Sourcing Manager Coordinator to oversee the end-to-end management of sourcing and recruitment demand, including the positioning of consultants across various streams.
• This role involves close coordination with sourcing, recruitment, and account management teams in both France and Romania, as well as with consortium partners.
• The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in managing cross-functional sourcing processes in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

Qualifications

• Manage the demand backlog for sourcing/recruitment and the positioning of consultants
• Oversee demand intake and sourcing prioritization
• Coordinate with sourcing SPOCs in France to identify the right internal profiles (bench, future bench)
• Collaborate with recruiters in France and Romania for external recruitment
• Work closely with account managers in France and Romania to capture demand, share shortlisted profiles, and follow the validation process
• Ensure sourcing timelines and deadlines are met
• Work with consortium SPOCs to relay and monitor requests
• Reporting: Produce sourcing reports and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Escalation: Take part in global governance; escalate issues and propose solutions to program and business unit management
• Languages: Fluent French and English
