We’re seeking a Solution Architect to join our IT department and shape the architectural backbone of our platform, ensuring scalability, observability, and performance excellence.

Your role in the team:

• Design and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance system architectures for our logistics platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align architectural decisions with business objectives.
• Lead the adoption of observability best practices, ensuring system reliability and performance.
• Implement and advocate for performance optimization strategies across the platform.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and assess their applicability to our systems.

Essential skills:

• Experience: 6+ years in software development, including 3+ years in a solutions architecture role; proven track record of optimizing system performance and scalability.
• Tool Pro: proficiency in designing distributed systems and microservices architectures; hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., EKS, S3, RDS, Lambda); strong knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js, Java or PHP; expertise in observability tools and practices (metrics, logging, tracing); familiarity with event-driven architectures and tools like RabbitMQ or Kafka; experience with frontend frameworks like React is a plus.
• Soft skills: excellent communication skills; ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Great if you have it, but not a must:

• Experience in the logistics, supply chain, or transportation industry.
• Familiarity with AI driven development concept.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or AWS CDK.
• Understanding of security best practices in cloud environments.
