Work closely with commercial and project teams to help Whale win customers quickly
Efficient pre-sales work around the standard fast (standard product + fast customization) project
Execution of pre-sales work of standard product requirements, collation and update of Whale standard plan;
Follow up the leads of the standard product requirements project, assist BD colleagues, carry out program presentation, Whale product introduction , standard quotation , and achieve fast signing;
Quickly undertake non-complex customized projects, integrate the company's internal resources and ISV resources, move forward quickly, and win customers;
Multi-project, lead management, clear management of each customer stage, customer expectations;
POC (Proof of Concept) construction and demonstration, undertake simple POC demonstration needs of customers, quickly demonstrate products, and build POC scenes;
Other responsibilities:
Collaborate with other colleagues in the team, knowledge sharing, program sharing;
Close contact with the product department to quickly update the iterative pre-sales product knowledge reserve;
Work closely with the project team to ensure that the project can be implemented;
Other matters assigned by the company.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above, 3-5 years of Internet company to B industry marketing, pre-sales consulting experience, data analytics or automation marketing industry experience is preferred;
Strong industry touch and brand sensitivity, good at program writing, strong logic;
Strong ability of resource integration and data analytics , cross-team communication and collaboration;
Good at communication, competent to connect with customers, have the ability to preach the program and win the trust of customers;
Able to take on high-intensity work challenges.
