Job Summary:

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role

• Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, and Vue.js)

• Proficiency in back-end technologies like Java, PHP (Laravel), Microservices, and Spring

• Preferably have experience with mobile app development (Swift, Java and Kotlin)

• Hands-on experience integrating chatbot APIs (e.g., Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework/Dynamics 365, Genesys, or similar)

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) for hosting chatbot services

• Knowledge of database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and ORM frameworks

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

JOB SUMMARY:

• To deliver high-quality solutions documents within a defined timeline and budget.
• To analyze and assess organizational requirements, making recommendations regarding technology, and designing systems that tie together applications and information sources to achieve business objectives.
• To help address and solve business, information, and technology related opportunities, and problems.
• To be able to research and evaluate new technologies and determining how they can improve our development process.

Role Exposure:

• Help address and solve business, information, and technology related opportunities, and problems
• Exposure in analyzing and assessing organizational requirements, making recommendations regarding technology, and designing systems that tie together applications and information sources to achieve business objectives

• At least 10 years total work experience.
• Experience in requirement analysis
• Experience in software design solution, including its technical architecture, data model, and other components.
• Experience in continuous optimization of the solution to ensure that it performs well, is scalable, and can adapt to changing business needs.
• Experience in ensuring that the software solution is secure and compliant with relevant regulations and standards.
• Proficiency in any 2 of the following programming language/platform:
• Java

• Mulesoft
• SQL/PLSQL
