Experience: 15+ years in Salesforce Architecture / Solution Architecture

What You’ll Do:

• Provide end-to-end technical governance across Salesforce platform solutions
• Lead architectural design and solutioning for Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Einstein Analytics, AI & Data Cloud
• Optimize platform performance and user experience through process orchestration and integration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure Salesforce solutions
• Guide provisioning strategies and CRM infrastructure planning
• Drive innovation, efficiency, and business alignment in Salesforce application deployments
• Act as a thought leader in Salesforce CRM and platform practices

What You’ll Bring:

• 15+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce application design, development, and architecture
• Expertise in Salesforce APIs, APEX, Visualforce, and custom API integrations
• Strong knowledge of enterprise application integration (SOA, ESB, EAI, ETL)
• Proven track record with SFDC components and release management frameworks
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Lightning LWC, Copado
• Salesforce Functional/Technical Delivery background

Certifications Preferred:

• Salesforce AppBuilder
• Platform Developer I
• Salesforce Service Cloud / Community Cloud
• Salesforce Certified Application & System Architect
