Job Description:

Tech BA/Solution Architect/Road Manager

Must Have:

Tech BA/AWS solution Architect/Road Manager with skills on Cloud Systems, Data Warehousing,

Digital experience upliftment, VMware MDM Associate (VCA), Azure Fundamentals, CCNA and SaaS

Product Development

Essential skills:

• General understanding of operational risk and compliance, and supporting tools and

approaches, e.g. 3 Lines of Defence

• Fundamental understanding of both traditional and agile project delivery and business analysis methods that can be applied in each.

• Practical knowledge of many business analysis tools, especially in systems and process modelling and requirements gathering and documentation.

• An understanding and interest in technology with a functional understanding of digital delivery channels, including social media, internet, intranet and digital banking channels

Desirable Skills:

• Working knowledge of a wide range of business, process and technology analysis tools, e.g.

SWOT, Ishikawa, PESTEL, Kaizen, BPR, BPM, UML, DFD.

• Working understanding of change management approaches, notably ADKAR

• Functional knowledge of Regulatory Change

• Working knowledge of the Agricultural banking sector

• Knowledge of global and local compliance regulations, e.g. BASEL, AML, AEOI, LCR, Conduct

Other skills

• Engage Client for feedback, provide insights, conduct surveys and reporting, manage accounts,

vendors and stakeholders.

• Chair and Lead workshops – Training, requirement, UAT, Chase approvals, Negotiate timelines and sign offs.

• Process Improvement, Risk management and Transformation consulting for Business Strategy and Growth.

• Data Proficient to spur Models, Mappings, Databases, Datawarehouse and Business System

integration to Data Pipeline for any type of Business case.

• Lead team in Product Development Squads, Managed Services, large scale system

transformations, Continuous Improvement and Change management Projects.

• Align common understanding and translate technical and business jargons for stakeholders.
