🧩 Your Role in the Bigger Picture

To pull it all together, we’re looking for a Solution Architect who can balance tech vision with real-world execution—and be the glue between ambitious roadmaps and rock-solid systems.

You’ll be the North Star guiding our autonomous teams, the one who keeps the gears turning smoothly, and the architect who sees around corners. We want someone who doesn’t just react to change but architects it.

🎯 What You’ll Drive

• High-level architectural decisions across our cloud platform
• Domain slicing and service decomposition strategy
• Early alignment on features, roadmap milestones & release planning
• Deep collaboration with product managers and engineers
• A culture of clean, well-documented, forward-thinking design
• Architecture reviews, risks, mitigation strategies & documentation

🛠️ Your Toolkit

Must-haves:

• 3+ years in an architectural leadership role
• Proven experience designing scalable, distributed systems
• Strong .NET/C# background
• Domain-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS/CQS, Event Sourcing mastery
• HTTP/REST and messaging systems like RabbitMQ or Service Bus
• You can explain the CNCF cloud-native definition without notes 😉

Bonus points for:

• Azure cloud expertise
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm
• Familiarity with MongoDB, Redis, ElasticSearch, SOLR
• Hands-on with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK
