Minimum Qualifications:

1. Must have a minimum of (15) years of experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming; at least ten (10) years of said experience shall have included responsibility on a project basis for analyzing operational methods and developing computer programs to meet desired results.
2. Must have minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience working as a solution architect, in providing solutions that aligns with enterprise architecture and aligns with business process in use.
3. Must have a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience working with public pension systems or experience with Governmental Retirement Benefits.
4. Must have a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience with Oracle 11g, Oracle 19C, PL/SQL, SQL
5. Must have minimum of seven (7) years if working on new or maintaining existing IT actuarial systems.
6. Must have a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience implementing Stored procedures and PL/SQL to process large volume of data and ETL.
7. Experience with data reporting using Power BI.
8. Experience with data storage and analytics in Snowflake.
