We are seeking a seasoned leader in Road Asset Management Systems (RAMS) with deep technical roots and a strategic vision for national-scale deployments. This is not just a software implementation role – it’s about institutional transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle architecture and deployment of RAMS across states and large institutions.
• Design and oversee integration of core RAMS modules (RIS, PMS, BMS, RMMS, HDM-4).
• Define scalable data models and system architecture tailored for linear assets.
• Coordinate cloud/on-prem setups, data migrations, field data integration, and training.
• Map institutional processes and align system workflows with client mandates.
• Collaborate with government bodies, donors (World Bank/ADB), and consulting teams.
• Drive proposal creation, client demos, knowledge transfer, and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related
• 15+ years of experience in RAMS
• Web-GIS, HDM-4, dynamic segmentation
• Advanced knowledge of leading architecture solutions in the industry area
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Ability to demonstrate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
