Role Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Sr. Solution Architect (Consultant) to guide our internal development team. This consultant will serve as a technical advisor to ensure clean, industry-standard code, blazing-fast performance, and Core Web Vitals compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical consulting and code reviews to ensure best practices across frontend and backend development.
• Advise on architecture setup in Strapi (Backend) and Astro (Frontend) for a scalable, multi-brand CMS environment.
• Work with in-house developers to define clean content models, component reusability, and optimized schemas.
• Establish standards for performance-first development, including:

Lazy loading

Image optimization (WebP, AVIF)

Minified assets

JS/CSS code-splitting

• Set up and review CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and GitOps practices.
• Audit and improve Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS) to ensure:

• Guide implementation of observability tools (e.g., Lighthouse CI, Datadog) for automated performance and error tracking.
• Consult on accessibility testing tools and compliance as per European Accessibility Act.
• Support integrations with HubSpot, A/B testing (GrowthBook), and automation tools (Slack, uptime checks).
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and milestone validation to ensure timely delivery and stable rollout.
