Solutions Architect – HR Technology (Workday)
Location: Remote (Working CST hours)
Structure: 3-6 month contract
Start Date: Targeting Mid-May (around 5/19)
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm CST
About the Role:
We are looking for a Solutions Architect to join our growing HR Technology team, with a strong focus on Workday. In this role, you'll act as a strategic problem solver and systems thinker, helping to optimize, integrate, and scale our HR technology ecosystem.
Over the next 3–6 months, you'll play a critical role in supporting key initiatives such as data conversion, internal talent marketplace readiness, global process optimization, and Workday security configuration. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders—primarily based in Nashville, TN—and a remote team of experienced Workday engineers.
