Job Description

• Requirements Gathering, Stripe Payment Gateway, Avalara Tax Engine, Developing customized solutions for integrating systems, Data Analysis and Mining, Program Management, Business Process Improvement, and Product Strategy/Launch.
• Create project plan, 9 Key design documents, solution blueprint, and user stories for the implementation.
• Review and analyze business use cases and participate in driving requirements gathering meetings.
• Configure Zuora platform to enable subscription pricing, billing, payments, finance, and revenue recognition modules.
• Conduct design workshop/solution design sessions with Subject Matter Expertise to port requirements and user stories to Zuora ecosystem.
• Perform installation and configuration of Zuora integration with Salesforce to enable order-to-cash workflow using managed packages, eSignature apps, and support other custom applications which have cross functional dependency with Zuora platform.
• Schedule periodic checkpoint meetings with stakeholders to follow up on action items, project status, working sessions to demonstrate configurations, solution designed and address any open issues.
• Provide consulting around Zuora SOAP & REST APIs to enable customers to develop their web-storefront and other integrations with Zuora.
• Design solution for a self-service web portal and business flows to integrate Zuora platform with Salesforce and any other 3rd party or custom application.
• Perform data migration from legacy billing systems to Zuora platform.
• Configure reports to retrieve key subscription metrics around bookings, billing, collections, and revenue like MRR, CMRR, TCV, ARR and Cohort analysis, etc.
• Conduct user training sessions and prepare training manuals.
• Prepare test scenario documents and enable customer to perform User Acceptance Testing.
• Prepare Go-Live pre-requisite checklist, migration of configurations to production environment after getting required sign-off from stakeholders.
• Post Go-Live support till customer becomes self-sufficient with Zuora ecosystem.
• Conduct project closure and hand-off meetings to transition implementation to Global Support.
• Analyze, create, configure, design, architect, review, install, and support Zuora applications and ecosystem using Zuora platform, technology, and tools, NetSuite, Stripe, Adyen, RevPro, Avalara, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Heroku, Braze, Hubspot, Shopify, Postman, Tableau, Kibana, MS Office, MS Visio, Draw IO, JIRA, Confluence, SOAP UI, REST APIs, Bizagi, Databricks, AWS, SQL, ZOQL, Python, R, SOQL, Java, JavaScript, and Workflows.
• Use skills and tools such as Systems Analysis, System Design, & Architecture.
  
  

Skills & Requirements

Require Master of Science in computer science/engineering, computer information systems/technology, electrical/electronic engineering, or related field, and 2 years’ experience in the job offered, software engineer/developer, programmer/systems analyst/developer, technical/project lead, consultant, or related field.
