Platform Specialist | Architect (AWS & Hybrid)

An industry-leading infrastructure organisation is looking for an Architect to lead the development, design, and evolution of its cloud and hybrid platforms. This is a senior technical position for someone who thrives on shaping architecture, driving innovation, and mentoring engineering teams across complex environments.

About the Role:

You'll spearhead platform initiatives that underpin the company's integration and automation capabilities. You’ll help craft scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions, collaborating across architecture, security, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain technical roadmaps for integration & automation platforms.
• Architect and implement secure, scalable solutions across cloud (AWS) and on-premise.
• Drive end-to-end project delivery and vendor engagement.
• Guide and mentor technical teams in best practices and solution design.
• Ensure platform reliability, resilience, and compliance.
• Evaluate and introduce emerging technologies aligned to business goals.

About You:

• Strong experience designing and managing platforms across AWS and hybrid environments.
• Deep expertise in platform architecture, infrastructure, and DevOps.
• Strong security and compliance acumen.
• Skilled in delivering complex technical projects and collaborating across teams.
• Comfortable mentoring and providing hands-on technical leadership.
