The SAP Solutions Architect is responsible for all product scoping, demonstration and analyze

customer’s business requirements. Prepare and gather functional and technical specification

for SAP system. Must know how to do account management and provides technical knowledge to key users.

Primary duties and responsibilities:

• Responsible for functional and pre-selling of contract creation and negotiation,

develops business development plan to meet the client’s business goals along with

the Account Manager.

• Builds professional relationships and client network. Carries the company’s brand of

excellent service and client care. Crafts innovative solutions that span different subject

matter domains and coordinates these plans to the SAP Consultants for the client’s

satisfaction.

• Responsible for drafting and executing technology solutions, business mapping.

• Attended to client issues and concerns, and presented solutions in a timely manner.
