Note: Only locals in Irvine, CA (3 – 5 days onsite/week) and F2F

Experience Level: 15 years

• Design and develop high performance scalable and secure cloud-based applications using JAVA and AWS services.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to define design and deliver new features and enhancements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and team members

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science engineering or a related field.
• 8 plus years of experience in JAVA development.
• 5 plus years of experience with AWS services including EC2 S3 RDS Lambda and more.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture and best practices.
• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization Docker Kubernetes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to details.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional or similar certification.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools CICD Jenkins Git.
• Knowledge of other programming languages such as Python or Go.
• Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL NoSQL and data warehousing solutions
