About the Role

We're looking for a Solutions Architect with deep hospitality industry knowledge and technical expertise to design, customize, and implement our AI-driven solutions for our customers. You’ll play a critical role in bridging the gap between customer needs and our product capabilities — owning technical discovery, integrations, and solution design from pre-sales through deployment.


This is a cross-functional role requiring both technical acumen and client-facing pre-sales experience. Ideal candidates are as comfortable discussing system architectures and integrations as they are engaging with business stakeholders to identify value and close deals.


Responsibilities

  • Partner with business development and sales to support pre-sales discovery and solution scoping
  • Architect end-to-end solutions tailored to hotel operations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve deployment challenges
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence roadmap based on client feedback
  • Build documentation, integration guides, and playbooks for repeatable success
  • Provide technical support during client onboarding and occasional post-sale escalations
  • Lead customer workshops and training sessions to ensure solution adoption and smooth transitions
  • Represent technical capabilities during client demos, RFIs/RFPs, and industry events


Qualifications

  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years in a solutions architecture, sales engineering, or technical consulting role, ideally within SaaS, hospitality tech, or enterprise systems integration
  • Strong understanding of hotel and resort operations, with working knowledge of common platforms like PMS (e.g. Opera, Maestro), POS, and CRM
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Ability to lead pre-sales discussions and support the sales process from a technical angle
  • Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, APIs, and data integration is a plus
