We are seeking a talented and experienced Solution Architect to join our dynamic team within the not-for-profit sector, hybrid role based in London, Greater London, United Kingdom. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in shaping and delivering innovative technology solutions that support meaningful change and community impact. The salary for this role ranges from £57,000 to £67,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust, scalable, and secure architectural solutions across various digital platforms and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align technology strategies with organisational goals, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency across systems. Your ability to manage delivery and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be vital in this role. A strong understanding of modern cloud-based architectures including SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS is essential, alongside experience working within the Microsoft technology stack and mobile platforms.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to lead technology delivery initiatives, translating complex business needs into sustainable technology solutions. You will also be well-versed in architectural frameworks, security best practices, and agile delivery methodologies.

Essential Requirements:

• Proven delivery leadership experience in technology architecture roles
• Extensive hands-on experience with the Microsoft technology stack, including Azure, Dynamics 365, and Office 365
• Proficiency in cloud computing models, including SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS
• Experience designing solutions for mobile environments and applications
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organisation
• Strong understanding of architectural principles, security standards, and integration best practices
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and a strategic mind-set
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in agile and cross-functional teams
