Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect specializing in chatbot development Migration on the Koreai platform The Solution Architect will be responsible for designing developing and deploying chatbot solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients The successful candidate will work closely with clients business analysts and development teams to understand requirements architect the solution and ensure successful implementation
Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients and business analysts to gather requirements and understand business objectives for the chatbot solution
Design endtoend chatbot solutions using the Koreai platform ensuring scalability performance and security
Create architectural diagrams solution blueprints and technical documentation to guide development teams during implementation
Work closely with development teams to provide technical guidance and support throughout the development lifecycle
Lead and participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards best practices and performance optimization techniques
Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to validate the functionality and performance of chatbot solutions
Identify and resolve technical issues bottlenecks and system dependencies to ensure smooth integration and deployment
Stay uptodate with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in chatbot development and conversational AI
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients and internal teams during and after the deployment of chatbot solutions
Collaborate with sales and business development teams to contribute to presales activities including solution demonstrations client presentations and proposal development
Requirements
Proven experience as a Solution Architect Technical Architect or similar role with a focus on chatbot development and conversational AI
Strong expertise in the Koreai platform including its features capabilities and APIs
Solid understanding of natural language processing NLP machine learning and AI technologies related to chatbot development
Proficient in programming languages such as JavaScript Python or Java and experience with web technologies RESTful APIs JSON etc
Experience with cloud platforms and services such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud and knowledge of deployment and scaling strategies
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to design and architect complex chatbot solutions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients business analysts development teams and stakeholders
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment
Proven track record of delivering successful chatbot solutions preferably in enterprise environments
Familiarity with popular conversational design platforms and tools such as Dialogflow Dialog Engine MS Luis or IBM Watson is a plus
