Are you passionate about software architecture and eager to lead technological evolution in an international organization? We are looking for a Solutions Architect to design, plan, and build software solutions tailored to project needs in a sector with great digitalization potential.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with other architects and engineering executives to understand, enhance, and export working methodologies in areas such as architecture, data engineering, business analysis, and more. You will also take part in key decision-making processes that shape the evolution of the company’s software products.

What will you do?

• Work with business analysts to identify, define, advise on, and manage customer business needs and expectations.
• Design and explain architecture structures, domains, and relational databases.
• Guide team members in transforming business requirements into documented processes and, ultimately, into implemented code.
• Oversee the handover of developed software products into the operations phase.
• Participate in hiring activities, team setup, onboarding, and supervision.
• Establish and promote working methodologies.
• Assist in the evaluation, establishment, and adoption of architectural patterns, technical tools, and emerging technologies.
• Actively participate in programming, working alongside the development team and supporting complex coding tasks.

What do we need?

• At least five years of hands-on experience in solution architecture and complex software systems acting as the single source of truth.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software/Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience running proprietary software in real production environments.
• Extensive experience in relational database design and strong SQL knowledge.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Pragmatic (rather than dogmatic) approach, always seeking simplicity in solutions.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).

Valuable skills

• Knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and agile methodologies.
• Spanish (desirable but not mandatory).
