We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Solution Architect – Data & AI who not only has strong technical capabilities in modern data platforms and AI solutions but also brings a client-facing mindset with pre-sales experience.

This role requires hands-on expertise across platforms like Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, AWS QuickSight, and Databricks. You’ll lead architecture design, guide technical strategy, and support sales teams during client engagements — from discovery to proposal development.

• Architect and lead delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing Data & AI solutions across Azure and AWS.
• Design and implement enterprise-grade data lakehouse and analytics architectures using Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure Synapse.
• Guide the integration of AWS QuickSight and Power BI for enterprise reporting and dashboarding.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure best practices in data ingestion, modeling, transformation, and governance.
• Stay current with industry trends and cloud-native innovations in AI, ML, and big data.

• Partner with sales and business development teams to identify opportunities, shape solutions, and present technical proposals to prospective clients.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions, assess client requirements, and translate them into scalable solution blueprints.
• Create Proof of Concepts (PoCs), architecture diagrams, and level-of-effort estimates.
• Assist in proposal and RFP responses, including writing solution descriptions and effort justifications.
• Present solutions confidently to C-level executives and technical stakeholders.

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or architecture roles.
• Deep hands-on experience with:
• Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics
• Databricks (Delta Lake, Spark, ML integration)
• AWS QuickSight, Power BI, or equivalent visualization tools
• Demonstrated ability to design enterprise data solutions including ETL/ELT pipelines, lakehouses, data governance, and ML enablement.
• Strong pre-sales background with client presentations, proposals, PoCs, and scoping.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and distributed computing frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Microsoft or AWS Architect Certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Data Analytics Specialty)
• Exposure to tools such as Snowflake, dbt, Apache Airflow, or Azure Machine Learning
• Knowledge of industry regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.) and data privacy best practices
• Experience working in consulting, systems integration, or cloud service provider environments
