Responsibilities:

1. Security and Standards: They define the security standards and strategy and the security- Handbook with SOP’s for entire IT and implement it for server, network and cloud infrastructure and give clear guidance for the other IT teams
2. Security Reviews: They do regular internal and external checks of the IT-related infrastructure, creating recommendations for external partners and running social tests
3. Network Design: They design and implement global system network configurations to ensure efficient communication between different parts of the IT landscape
4. Cloud Architecture Design: They design and develop scalable, resilient, and secure integrated on-prem and cloud architectures to meet organizational needs
5. Deployment and Maintenance: They deploy, manage, update and maintain network, server and cloud infrastructure, ensuring efficient operation and performance
6. Collaboration: They collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operation and integration. They manage external contracts.
7. Optimization: They optimize network, cloud, server and storage resources to improve performance and cost-efficiency
8. Monitoring and Security: They monitor system health and security, ensuring that the infrastructure is secure and operating efficiently. The define the monitoring strategy and concept
9. Efficiency and Automation: They optimize existing processes by using RPA and AI for effectivity and efficiency. They make recommendations and help working on concepts in collaboration with other teams
10. Troubleshooting: They diagnose and solve complex network, server and cloud issues, often coordinating with other team members to resolve problems

Documentation: They create and maintain system documentation for reference and troubleshooting purposes
