Total Experience – 8 to 16 years in IT and Telecom Domain with relevant design experience of 2-3 years in component design or e2e design or Architecture roles . Solution design experience in BSS/OSS for IP Voice, Consumer Mobility, Fixed Mobile Convergence, PSTN, Broadband, TV, Ethernet product offerings for B2C/ B2B market segment.

Prior Domain experience required with design background on –

1. Customer Management
2. Product Modelling
3. Orchestration/Fulfillment
4. Network Inventory
5. Activation
6. Billing
7. Service Assurance and Monitoring

• Ability to drive the HL Design work on a Telco transformation project/ product launch/ product enhancements , working collaboratively with the Business, Operational, Product Managers, Portfolio Architects, Platform Technical Team, Developers and Testing teams to identify multiple solution options and determine the best possible E2e solution.
• Responsible for providing Technical and Domain leadership to a team of Component solution designers on large complex projects/programs.
• •Experienced in Open API Standards, eTOM and other industry standards.
• Lead discussions with Domain Architects to ensure the right architectural guidance is taken into consideration for the E2e design, ensuring that the design is compliant with Telco’s IT and Product strategy and best practices.
• Ability to define process designs, where required to handle Operational requirements
• Prior experience in Development and Testing roles is a plus point
• Experience in Test Driven Designs and Agile methodology is a plus point.
• Demonstrable experience in customer relationship management, ability to drive Hothouses and Workshops
• Should be able to assess and quantify the risks associated with their design decisions
• Should have knowledge of one or multiple Telco Technologies and Domains (OSS/BSS)
• Good knowledge and hands on experience of understanding XMLs
• Ability to run BSS impact assessments and feasibilities based on high level business requirements
• Good understanding and appreciation for customer enterprise architecture, roadmaps, product and data models
• Good to have experience of component designing in IT system estate.
