Job Responsibility

Solution Architecture & Design

• Architect end-to-end AI/ML solutions using Microsoft Azure AI ecosystem (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, MLOps, Power Platform).
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable, secure, and high-performance AI solutions.
• Develop reference architectures, technical blueprints, and implementation roadmaps.
• Guide the technical implementation of AI platforms, ensuring architectural integrity and adherence to enterprise standards. Pre-Sales & Client Engagement
• Partner with pre-sales and sales teams to develop solution proposals, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and present architecture strategies.
• Conduct solution workshops, PoC demonstrations, and technical deep-dives with client stakeholders.
• Translate business challenges into innovative AI architecture, ensuring alignment with client goals and technical feasibility.
• AI & Microsoft Technology Leadership
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft AI services, including Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Bot Framework, and integration patterns with .NET and Python.
• Design and implement AI/ML pipelines, APIs, and cognitive interfaces leveraging Microsoft tools and cloud-native patterns.
• Advocate best practices around scalability, security, compliance, and performance optimization in AI environment

Technical Leadership & Governance

• Act as the AI architecture authority across engagements, guiding technical teams through delivery lifecycles.
• Collaborate with engineering and delivery managers to ensure solution designs are translated into robust implementations.
• Mentor AI engineers and developers on architectural standards, modern development techniques, and Microsoft technology stacks.
• Innovation & Best Practices
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI and cloud architecture to influence future roadmap and service offerings.
• Promote reuse, modularity, and architectural consistency across AI projects.
• Contribute to internal knowledge assets, reusable components, and reference models to accelerate delivery.

Skills Preferred:

Must-Have:

• 10-12 years of experience in designing and delivering enterprise AI solutions.
• Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Azure AI stack, including Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Azure ML, and MLOps practices.
• Proven track record in architecture design, technical leadership, and stakeholder engagement.
• Hands-on experience with Python and/or .NET for AI solution development.
• Strong communication and client-facing consulting skills.

Good-to-Have:

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect / Azure AI Engineer Associate.
• Experience in BFSI, Healthcare, or E-commerce AI deployments.
• Exposure to DevOps and cloud-native AI delivery pipelines.
