Solution Architect:

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications/Requirements):

1. Experience as a Solutions Architect, championing a new enterprise middleware platform within the organization; developing strategies, best practices, repeatable patterns, and other engineering standards
2. Leadership experience influencing C-suite, other key stakeholders, and/or engineers
3. Hands on experience and expertise in multiple middleware platforms utilizing various integration patterns such as event-driven, hub-and-spoke, publish-subscribe, and streaming.
4. Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements, including knowledge of encryption, authentication, authorization, and data privacy
5. Understanding of security standards including SAML, XACML, MASSL, OATH, WSTrust, OAUTH, OpenID Connect

What Will Put You Ahead:

1. Proficient in at least 2 of the following middleware platforms: Mulesoft, SAP-CPI, Infor Ion, or another industry-leading middleware platform
2. Proficient in at least 2 of the following API Management tools: AWS Gateway, Apigee, Kong, or another industry-leading management tool
3. Proficient in at least 2 of the following Streaming Platforms: Kafka, Kinesis, NATS, or another industry streaming solution
4. Proficient in the following programming languages: Python and GoLang
5. Experience with various industrial protocols used for communication and data transfer in industrial environments, including MQTT, OPC-UA, MODBUS, etc.
6. Experience in agile methodologies
7. Experience with EDI platforms (Sterling Commerce, OpenText, etc.) and standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT, etc.)
8. Background in restful API development using C# or similar language
