Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategically minded Solution Engineering Deputy Manager (f/m/d) Automotive Key Accounts to support and drive our automotive key account initiatives. Based in Neufahrn, Germany you will work closely with the Senior Manager to design, implement, and optimize innovative logistics solutions for our major automotive clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and development of tailor-made logistics and supply chain solutions for key automotive accounts.
• Collaborate with commercial, operational, and IT teams to implement end-to-end solutions.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis and simulations to identify cost-saving and process optimization opportunities.
• Manage small to medium-sized projects from concept to rollout, ensuring client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients, translating business needs into feasible and scalable solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling solution proposals and presentations.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies in the automotive logistics space.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in solution design or engineering, preferably within the automotive or logistics sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in tools such as AutoCAD, AnyLogic, or similar simulation software.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English; German is a strong asset.
• Strong project management skills and cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, both independently and in a team.
