The Opportunity
We are currently looking for a passionate and dynamic individual to join us as lead in our solution consulting team. The ideal candidate would be a seasoned executive, smart, innovative, strongly motivated person with passion for solution consulting and love for solving business problems with a contemporary perspective and a result-oriented robust outlook.
Objectives Aligned To This Role
Solution Design, Sales Support & Overall Business Growth.
What would you do?
- Product and Solution Consulting for prospects in the BFSI domain.
- Take and own the soft revenue target for business.
- Manage RFPs/RFIs, ensuring timely and compliant responses. Gather market and customer insights to enhance proposals.
- Lead discovery workshops to understand customer challenges. Tailor product demos to align with customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to identify business pains. Ensure solutions align with client project requirements.
- Provide customer feedback for product improvement and advocates for enhancements that address customer needs.
- Deliver compelling solution presentations and viability assessments.
- Extend sales consulting expertise to prospects across regions.
- Lead sales and presales teams for new Demo creation, management, and revision.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentations skills.
- Successful delivery of at least one CRM / banking project in technical/functional/technofunctional role.
- Over 2 years of presales solution consulting experience in the BFSI domain, specializing in CRM software or banking applications for Sales Automation and Service Automation.
- Leverage extensive BFSI consulting experience for both prospects and existing customers.
- High degree of collaboration, stakeholder management, influencing and planning capability, particularly in complex environments
- Demonstrates a strong grasp of technology as well as commercial aspects.
- Act as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Ability to communicate the right value proposition of the Product to influence business, technical and leadership level audiences in the customer organizations.
- Strong result orientation and focus towards target achievement.
- Be in-sync with latest technology and industry trends and ensure adoption of relevant technologies in the system.
- Willingness to travel for discovery workshops across MEA/SEA/SAARC regions.
- Utilize sales acumen and a keen understanding of client needs to actively connect with potential/ existing clientele.
- Craft engaging conversations that convey the essence of our products, highlighting their benefits, unique advantages, and the compelling journey behind their creation.
- Skilfully manoeuvre through customer engagements and remain agile to cater to customer requirements to drive successful sales outcomes.
- Pitch our products and passionately articulate the value proposition of our products, demonstrate tech enthusiasm that resonates with potential customers, and foster lasting relationships.
- Use technical acumen to understand our offerings deeply, facilitating meaningful conversations with customers to highlight our USP.
Educational Qualifications
- Engineering/ equivalent technical qualification from a reputed college/ university.
- Good understanding of current technology trends along with ultra-scalable systems.
- Proficient in effectively communicating with stakeholders across various domains, including technology and business.
