About the job:

• Provide technical leadership to our teams at all levels of the organization in the financial services industry.
• Bring deep technical industry expertise in digital transformation, pioneering banking and insurance transformation across business, operations, and technology.
• Manage, end to end, the client-facing onboarding, assist in client satisfaction and maintaining a strong client relationship through delivery excellence.
• Utilize your financial services expertise with excellent communication skills and strong knowledge of business / functional architecture, experience not only with sales but with delivery of banking or insurance transformations.
• Involve in code reviews, standup meetings, sprint planning and retrospectives
• Work closely with the development teams to learn and discuss the core-platform technical capabilities, aligning with them about potential upcoming requirements and contributing to the design of the solutions
• Support our projects with creation of technical design specifications and solution documents, development activities either on the front- or the backend of our software framework
• Responsible for overall technical delivery on each project. Act as technical point of contact and escalation point for technical questions, and oversight of technical approach.
• Actively drive the Synpulse8 culture, promote Synpulse8 value proposition in the market built around banking services. Specialized in on or more of: Digital Transformation, Optimization, Workflows, Banking Operations, Banking Services Operating Model, and end-to-end processing.

You:

• Are a passionate and experienced Solution Architect with applied experience in Java, Python, C# and/or common used open platform programming languages
• Are excited about Cloud-native technologies, Infrastructure as Code and automation
• Have experience in Enterprise Architecture design including integration between systems; a plus in banking and wealth management domain
• Have applied knowledge of Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery
• Are used to Agile Software Development practices
• Work independently
• Love to solve complex problems and find the best viable solution for the user
• Can fluently speak and write in English and Mandarin
