The Senior SAP Presales Solutions Architect at Stefanini is a key contributor to the presales team, responsible for supporting the sales team. The role will provide advanced SAP product expertise and demonstrate complex solutions to existing and prospective clients. This position requires a deep understanding of SAP and S/4 HANA and the ability to develop and present and act as a thought leader and trusted advisor. This role includes the ability to facilitate discovery sessions, conduct assessments, prepare solution and proposal responses. This role requires in-depth knowledge of both SAP and Stefanini's services, and a proven track record of successful presales support and ownership of solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate information gathering sessions for both technical and functional scoping purposes.
- Lead in-depth advisory discussions with clients to understand their technical requirements and objectives.
- Design and present high-impact, integrated SAP solutions that align with client needs and strategic goals.
- Provide ownership of solutions design and technical insight for proposal responses, RFPs, and other documentation.
- Build technical documentation, diagrams and proofs of concept to support client solutions, with a consultative approach to identifying existing and prospective client needs and articulating Stefanini"s technical value proposition.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive intelligence.
- Play a key role in getting to proof of value for the clients. Provide transition knowledge to Stefanini delivery teams.
- Foster strong relationships with SAP to drive innovation and keep abreast of application changes and future functionality.
- Collaborate with the entire pre-sales team to build and maintain an integrated Stefanini SAP presales collateral .
Education
MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- College degree, degrees in Computer Science, Engineering, Technical, Business, etc. a plus. MBA a plus.
Experience
- 8+ years of experience in an SAP presales, solutions architect, or technical sales role in a similar environment
- Experience working in senior technical roles such as enterprise architect, solution architect, solution lead, functional team lead.
- Experience working directly with large-scale enterprise clients and/or supporting sales, and success teams.
- Experience working in SAP projects that delivered the full lifecycle of analysis, design, software development, architecture, integration, testing and deployments.
- Experience working in a functional role in the industry is a plus. Detailed knowledge of a specific industry also a plus.
- Experience with and comfortable presenting to large client groups and C level.
Skill Requirements
- Technical Expertise: Ability to explain technical details to clients and interface between functional business users and IT.
- Product Demonstration: Proficiency in understanding SAP product features, benefits, and value propositions to potential clients.
- Complex Solutions: Proficiency in evaluating and presenting complex, multi-product solutions. Solutions include SAP and associated software applications along with Stefanini services including AMS/support , implementations etc.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions. Ability to communicate with client executives to include C level, business users, IT team members, and a variety of client business resources i
- Team collaboration Support: Ability to collaborate with other teams (mainly the sales team to help close deals and meet sales targets). Act as the bridge between sales activity and project delivery.
- Solution Design: Ability to assist in solutioning and propose customized solutions based on client requirements and available SAP products.
- Presentation Skills: Deliver engaging presentations to clients, effectively conveying the value of SAP and Stefanini"s services.
- Client Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Multitask: Ability to prioritize multiple pre-sales engagements at a time.
