The Solution Architect Senior Manager position requires strong Project Management, Storytelling, Problem Solving and Content Mastery experience within the HR space to deliver in a client facing capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and define project scope and requirements.
* Develops functional and technical specifications to support business and technology transformation projects.
* Creates and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs.
* Coordinates the implementation of solutions and assist in change management efforts.
* Utilizes industry expertise to guide decision-making processes.
Qualification
Here's What You'll Need:
* Minimum of 8 years of experience with Business Case Development / Business Modeling (Managing budgets, costs, P/L, etc)
* A minimum of 8 years of experience with HR / Recruiting experience (Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Performance Achievement, Onboarding / Offboarding, etc)
* Minimum 8 years of experience with Project Management / Program Management in a client facing capacity
Bonus Points If You Have:
* Proficiency in Value Architecture & Realization.
* Proficiency in Business Design
* Previous Solution Architecture experience
* Proficient with MS Office
Professional Skills:
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills
* Excellent written communication skills
