What We're Looking For:

• At least 3 years of experience in a Technical Lead or Solution Architect role.
• Strong technical background in full-cycle software development and system management.
• Strong practical skills in ReactJS, Flutter, React Native, and other frameworks are an additional plus.
• Hands-on experience with architectural design for Web, Mobile, and Client-Server applications—particularly in banking/financial services.
• Exposure to cloud-based platforms like AWS or Azure, especially for mobile app deployment and scalability.
• Deep knowledge of one or more core banking areas such as Payments, CRM, Core Banking Systems, BPM, or Digital Channels.
• Experience building modernization and migration strategies for legacy platforms.
• A solid grasp of software architecture patterns, clean code principles, algorithms, and mobile/web application security.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with clear and effective communication skills.

What You'll Do:

• Mobile Front-End Architecture: Define and lead the mobile front-end architecture strategy for both iOS and Android platforms, ensuring optimal user experience, performance, and security.
• Framework Selection: Evaluate, select, and implement frameworks such as Flutter, React Native, Swift, or Kotlin, and libraries depending on project demands.
• Cross-Platform Development: Design solutions that provide seamless functionality across multiple mobile platforms (iOS, Android) using native or cross-platform technologies.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize application performance for speed, memory efficiency, and load times to deliver seamless end-user experiences.
