* One source knowledge- Sabrix One source. They should be able to do complete E2E set up for any new country.
* Integrated knowledge with One source - SAP level , Resource must have good Integrated knowledge with SAP
at these below value streams
* O2C -SD configurations w.r.t Tax
* MM- Configuration w.r.t Tax
* RTR- Configuration w.r.t. tax
* MDM - configuration w.r.t Master data
* Associated Reports extracted from SAP or One Source
* E -Reports, Tax Reconciliation Reports
* Audit reports :Reports from SAP; Reports from One-Source
* Business Communication - Interaction with Tax departments, Direct Customer -Tax
Roles & Responsibilities
* SAP R/3 ECC6 FI - taxation-input/output setup.
* Exposure to localization of Taxes and Tax engines (Sabrix /one source) integration with SAP
* Tax Reporting in SAP ECC and Sabrix /one source.
* Exposure to SAP Data Retention Tool (DART), Standard Audit File for Tax (SAF-T)
* Experienced in FI requirements gathering, customer interaction, detailed documentation of requirements,
solutions and functional specifications, including the creation of process and data flows
* Strong analytical skills combined with strong synthesis skills. Sound knowledge of Finance and Controlling
processes is a must.
* Creation of functional designs and guidance of offshore developers
* Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
* Worked in Agile projects
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
* Familiar with formal change management and System Development Life Cycle
* Understand and document business requirements
* Translate the user requirements into functional and technical design, application configuration
and testing scenario's
* Configure and act as liaison with ABAP developers through the Build and test phase.
* Lead the users through UAT (user acceptance testing)
* Communicate with Analysts and project management through all phases of the project to provide
accurate status and projections.
Salary Range: $100,000-$140,000 a year
