Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable, enterprise-grade MERN stack applications.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions and microservice-based architectures.
• Lead discussions with stakeholders and drive technical decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, DevOps, UI/UX) for end-to-end delivery.
• Conduct performance tuning, architecture reviews, and security assessments.
• Define development standards and mentor engineering teams.
• Ensure seamless integration with APIs, cloud services, and third-party platforms.
• Stay abreast of emerging tech and continuously recommend stack improvements.

Qualifications

• Core Stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js
• Architecture: RESTful APIs, Microservices, Serverless Designs
• Cloud Platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP (Cloud-native architectures)
• DevOps Tools: Docker, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines
• Security & Performance: Strong knowledge of best practices in architecture optimization and security
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management
• Nice to Have: GraphQL, Next.js, TypeScript, Data Visualization, AI/ML exposure
