We’re on the hunt for a Kubernetes Solution Architect to lead cutting-edge infrastructure design and implementation across bare metal and cloud environments. This role demands deep hands-on expertise in Kubernetes, CNI, Rancher, and Linux systems. You’ll drive innovation and resilience at scale in a collaborative, agile environment.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• 🛠️ Architect & deploy secure, scalable Kubernetes platforms on bare metal & cloud.
• 🔍 Lead design reviews, test strategies, and deployment planning.
• 📊 Create clear architecture docs using C4, UML, and sequence diagrams.
• 🔐 Ensure high availability, observability & security across distributed systems.
• 🤝 Collaborate with DevOps, engineering, and product teams in Agile workflows.

✅ Must-Have Skills:

• 🧠 Expert Kubernetes knowledge – APIs, architecture, operations.
• 🖥️ Bare metal K8s deployments – LXC/LXD, Podman, K3s, etc.
• 🐧 Strong Linux, KVM/QEMU, networking & storage foundations.
• 🌐 Deep CNI experience – Calico, Cilium, Multus, eBPF.
• 📦 Solid CSI know-how – Ceph, GlusterFS, Longhorn.
• 🔁 DevOps & CI/CD tools – GitLab, Helm, ArgoCD, Prometheus.
• 🛠️ Proven troubleshooting of Kubernetes infra & workloads.

⭐ Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have):

• ☁️ Cloud-native Kubernetes (especially AWS).
• 🧑‍🌾 Rancher (strongly preferred), Portainer, Rafay.
• 🔄 Knowledge of Kubernetes Operator patterns.
• 🗣️ Strong documentation & cross-team communication.
