Responsibilities

• Design the overall architecture of the technical platform, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
• Lead technology selection and optimization, driving the implementation of microservices, cloud computing, and big data technologies.
• Establish development standards and technical guidelines, guiding the team in core module development and performance tuning.
• Resolve technical challenges in high-concurrency and distributed systems to ensure platform stability.
• Document architecture designs and conduct technical training to enhance team capabilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, with 8+ years of architecture design experience.
• Proficient in Java/Python and mainstream technologies like SpringCloud, Kubernetes, and Redis.
• Experience in designing large-scale distributed systems with high concurrency and availability.
• Familiar with DevOps practices and tools like Docker and CI/CD.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
