Experience and understanding of IT architectures and solutions.

Has an interest in emerging technologies and how they apply to digital transformation and

disruption across different industries (e.g., Streaming, blockchain, AI/ML, Robotics, Cloud)

Experience of operating model, enterprise architecture, and/or process transformation

Deep experience in delivery within a program management and/or Agile at scale

environment.

Qualifications

We highly value technical and professional accreditation and looking for candidates who have

invested in their career with many or all of the following

MS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS certified specialty

Agile certification – scrum master or equivalent

Responsibilities

5+ years' experience in Digital Transformation, testing and integrating program software systems to address and solve specific retail banking problems.

Designing, modifying, and testing technical architecture solutions.

Provide supervision and guidance to development teams.

Continually research the current and emerging technologies and propose changes where they needed.

Inform various stakeholders about any issues with the current technical solutions being implemented.

Assess the business impact technical solutions and provided recommendations.

Provide updates to stakeholders on product development processes, costs and budgets.
