Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with deep expertise in cloud-based data solutions to design, implement, and optimize scalable, high-performance architectures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Databricks, and Talend, along with a proven track record in big data, data warehousing, and cloud analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end cloud data solutions using Azure Synapse, Databricks, Snowflake, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Architect scalable data lakes, data warehouses, and ETL/ELT pipelines leveraging Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, and Synapse Analytics.
• Configure and optimize Talend (Studio, TMC, Metadata Management) for seamless data integration and workflow automation.
• Apply MPP architecture principles and performance optimization techniques for large-scale data processing.
• Ensure data governance, security, and compliance (e.g., access control, encryption, auditing) in cloud environments.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams.
• Stay updated with emerging cloud data technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, specializing in data & cloud technologies.
• Extensive hands-on experience with:
• Azure Synapse, Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric
• Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL DW, Blob Storage, Power BI
• Talend (Studio, TMC, Metadata Management)
• Strong understanding of big data, data warehousing, and MPP architectures.
• Proficiency in DevOps (Terraform, CI/CD, IaC) and cloud automation.
• Experience in data governance, security, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Data Engineer) are a plus.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multi-cloud architectures (AWS, Google Cloud Platform).
• Knowledge of AI/ML integration in data pipelines.
• Familiarity with real-time data processing (Kafka, Spark Streaming).
