We are looking for a Solution Architect to design and implement end-to-end project-specific technical solutions that aligned with business needs of Abacus Medicine. In this role, you will develop concrete solution designs that span across multiple systems and integrations while ensuring technical feasibility, robustness, and scalability. Your Main Responsibilities Include

• Design technical solutions that effectively meet business requirements;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to shape requirements and determine optimal architectural solutions;
• Ensure technical implementation aligns with user needs and project goals;
• Create and maintain solution architecture diagrams and documentation;
• Translate user requirements into detailed technical deliverables and workflows;
• Provide an overview of dependencies across work packages, business processes, and data flows;
• Define end-to-end testing needs and document solution decisions;
• Make solution design decisions that balance technical feasibility, business value, and scalability;
• Identify and mitigate technical implementation risks to ensure project success.
  
  

What We Need You To Have

• 5+ years of proven ERP experience in configuring and optimizing Dynamics 365 environments;
• Other ERP and application architect experience;
• Bachelor’s degree in IT engineering, economy or a related field;
• Strong understanding of business and IT domains and how they interconnect;
• Proficiency in problem-solving, communication, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders;
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements effectively;
• Broad but detailed knowledge of relevant technologies within the solution domain;
• Proactive approach to ongoing learning and staying abreast of the newest system features and updates from Microsoft;
• Strategic mindset and a passion for driving continuous improvement;
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities and optimize processes;
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to partner closely with the business to understand needs and deliver effective solutions.
