Salary: $70,000–$75,000 + Monthly Commissions & Bonuses
Total Compensation: $100,000–$200,000+
We’re hiring a Solar Project Manager who’s laser-focused on moving jobs through the pipeline to completion. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between homeowners and our operations team — scheduling installs, providing regular updates, and turning potential cancellations into successful projects. Key Responsibilities
Pipeline & Project Management
- Own the job pipeline and drive as many installs as possible, including saving projects at risk of cancellation.
- Call homeowners regularly to schedule jobs, answer questions, and ensure readiness for install.
- Keep all stakeholders updated on project status, timelines, and next steps.
- Work across teams to ensure installs are smooth and timely.
Homeowner Communication
- Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners during the pre-install phase.
- Proactively follow up with customers to resolve issues, reinforce project value, and reduce cancellations.
- Deliver a high level of customer service with every interaction — even during challenges.
CRM & Internal Coordination
- Update project notes, statuses, and homeowner interactions in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Collaborate with install crews, engineering, and operations to eliminate delays and push jobs to the finish line.
Qualifications
- Experience in project coordination, scheduling, or customer success roles (solar or home services preferred).
- Strong communication skills — especially over the phone.
- Detail-oriented with an ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
