Our Solar project coordinator will help with the day to day needs of our Insulation department to support and assist in their success. We offer stability with a strong, large, ever-growing company that makes you feel like family! The Project Coordinator is a vital part of the customer experience and Operations team. This person will perform a wide variety of administrative and communication duties including but not limited to solar installation operations and project coordination, with proficiency in various project management tools to drive project completion in a timely manner producing a 5-Star experience for every customer interaction. The role will also include general administrative duties. Keeping you comfortable with expert heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical service Since 1974. Responsibilities Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Assist with all job files and project schedules Work with Install Partners to coordinate schedules Make contact with new customers to provide Welcome Call and assist in scheduling project activities Assist with coordinating project activities and ensure all project phases are completed efficiently Answer incoming calls and field questions from customers, team members and external partners Advocate for the customer and engage with the appropriate team members and external partners to ensure project is meeting KPIs and timelines Advocate for the company and use knowledge and sincerity to overcome customer frustrations around construction challenges Work with team members and external Partners to ensure white-glove treatment to customer Utilize conflict management skills and escalate issues as needed Communicate effectively with team members and external partners using a professional, empowering approach Provide daily/weekly reports and update to management Make contact with cancelling customers to discuss and assess reasons for cancelling Analyze reasons given and attempt to convert cancellation back into a sale/service If customer wants to proceed with cancellation, handle processing all paperwork and relaying information to departments that require the information Generate goodwill for the company in the form of 5-star reviews and referrals 2 Must have high sales acumen and ability to overcome objections Must be able to handle and resolve customer issues and concerns 1+ year of solar installation operations/coordinator experience preferred Strong communication skills and high energy/enthusiasm a MUST! Previous service industry experience or bilingual a plus! Dependable and reliable Have basic Microsoft skills (Excel) High School Diploma or Equivalent Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Positive, customer centric attitude Work as part of our team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and to maintain the integrity of our organization's reputation and culture Perform general administrative tasks Qualifications Physical Demands/Work Environment: Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access office machinery (copier/printer, etc.) Constantly operates office machinery, such as a computer, phone, copy machine, printer. Constantly communicates with management team and coworkers. Must be able to exchange accurate information.
