II. Duties and Responsibilities
· The candidate is responsible for the assessment and analysis of customer requirements for solar infrastructure components and facility construction, as documented in pre-sales request forms, and the subsequent design of appropriate solutions.
· The candidate will be required to develop and deliver technical presentations to events, summits and clients, highlighting the features, benefits, and performance of the proposed solutions. Tailor presentations to the audience's technical level including POC (proof of concept) and technical walkthrough of product features to customers.
· The candidate will be responsible for delivering complete, timely, and accurate solar facility BOMs to the sales team, along with necessary technical documentation (diagrams, brochures, design presentations, CAD drawings, etc.). Responsibilities also include quantifying work items based on approved construction drawings, field conditions, and specifications; preparing quantity takeoffs and evaluating cost proposals; and reviewing bid documents and construction specifications to ensure technical compliance.
· The candidate is expected to coordinate the transition between pre-sales specification and implementation engineering once the proposal has been awarded, provide technical direction or support to the implementation team during installation, start-up, testing, system commissioning, or performance monitoring.
· The candidate is expected to establish excellent relationships with customers and principals/partners.
· The candidate is expected to collaborate and work cohesively and effectively with the sales resource team, as well as with the TG Data Center Infrastructure business solutions group
· The candidate is expected to display a good level of technical expertise or experience and establish credibility with the customers.
· The candidate is expected to attend and participate in meeting requests, surveys, bidding conferences, and other technical related events.
· The candidate is expected to create solar facilities (including BESS and/or EV Charging System) plans to include but are not limited to electrical diagrams, panel schedules, using computer-aided design (CAD) as well as planning and design overall network architecture of solar facilities solutions.
· The candidate is expected to perform other tasks assigned by the management team.

A. Minimum Education
· Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
B. Minimum Experience/Training
C. Competency
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Must be a licensed electrical engineer.
· Good communication and presentation skills
· Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD (2D/3D)
· Knowledgeable in electrical standards (Local and International)
· Proficiency in using solar design software (e.g., PVsyst, SAM, etc)
IV. Working Conditions
The candidate must be willing to work form good to extreme work area conditions and must be willing to travel to various parts of the Philippines depending on the need to perform his/her duty as indicated.
