Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and well-connected Relationship Manager (RM) with a background in finance and solar energy, who can build and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, project developers, and consumers across both commercial and residential segments. The RM will play a pivotal role in lead generation and business development, acting as a bridge between solar project needs and our financing solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and maintain strong relationships with EPC companies and solar energy consumers (commercial and household).


  • Build a lead generation network by onboarding EPCs companies into a referral and solution-driven ecosystem.


  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to structure appropriate debt, equity, or asset monetization solutions.


  • Regularly communicate with partners to ensure satisfaction, track progress, and unlock repeat business.


  • Educate clients and partners about the value of our financing solutions and integrate them into their service offerings.


  • Deliver business targets and contribute to company profitability through successful project closures.


Compensation Structure:

  • Fixed Monthly Salary: [Insert Range]


  • Performance-Based Commission: RM will receive a percentage of the profit earned by the company per project.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, solar energy, or renewable project sales/business development.
  • Existing network within the solar EPC and development ecosystem.
  • Basic knowledge of financing instruments/process for solar projects
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive business objectives without daily supervision.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for clean energy solutions.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Renewable Energy, or related fields.
  • Prior experience in solar project sales, financing, or asset management.
