Job Title: Pharmacist cum Software Trainer Location: Multiple branches Employment Type: Full-Time . Reports To: Assigned Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified Pharmacist cum Software Trainer who will be responsible for dispensing medications, managing stock, visiting multiple branches to oversee inventory accuracy, and training staff on pharmacy management software. This dual role requires expertise in pharmaceutical practice, inventory management, and software training, with the flexibility to work across multiple locations to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all pharmacy branches. Key Responsibilities:Pharmacist Responsibilities: Dispense prescription medications and provide information to patients about their usage, side effects, and drug interactions. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal pharmacy regulations. Maintain and update patient records, prescriptions, and inventory levels. Visit multiple branches to perform stock verification and correction, ensuring accurate inventory records at all locations. Conduct regular inventory audits and stock checks at each branch. Identify and rectify discrepancies in stock, including expired, damaged, or lost medications. Ensure accurate documentation of stock movement and corrections across all branches. Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and full stock verification at each branch to maintain stock accuracy. Collaborate with healthcare providers across multiple locations to ensure consistent patient care standards. Software Trainer Responsibilities: Train pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and other healthcare staff across multiple branches on using pharmacy management software. Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and video tutorials. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for software users at various locations. Conduct group and one-on-one training sessions to ensure effective software usage. Assist in the implementation of new software or updates across the pharmacy network, ensuring consistency in use across all branches. Train staff at multiple branches on inventory management processes, including stock verification and corrections. Travel between branches to provide on-site support and ensure that staff are effectively using the software. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Doctorate in Pharmacy (BPharm or PharmD) from a recognized institution. Licensed to practice as a Pharmacist in Clinic . Proven experience with pharmacy management software . Strong teaching or training experience, preferably in a healthcare or technical field. Experience in stock management, including stock verification and correction processes. Ability to travel to multiple branch locations as part of the job requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex systems in simple terms. Proficient in the use of computers and pharmacy-related software. Skills: Knowledge of pharmaceutical guidelines and best practices. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical and stock management problems. High attention to detail in pharmaceutical, inventory, and training tasks. Patience and ability to train individuals with varying levels of technical expertise. Willingness and flexibility to travel between multiple branches. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in hospital or clinical pharmacy settings. Previous experience as a software trainer or IT support specialist. Certification in software training, stock management, or adult education would be an advantage.
