Key Responsibilities:

● Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on Manual Testing, Test

Automation, API Testing, DevOps in Testing, and AI in Testing

● Guide students through real-world scenarios and practical exercises,

helping them master various tools and techniques

● Evaluate student performance through assessments, quizzes, and projects.

● Provide mentorship and career guidance to students during and after the

training program.

● Conduct mock interviews and group discussions to help students prepare

for industry job roles

● Support students with project-based learning and ensure they complete

their final projects with industry-relevant standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Expert Knowledge in Manual Testing, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG,

API Testing (Postman, Rest Assured), DevOps Tools (Git, Jenkins), and

AI in Testing

● 2+ Years of Experience in Software Testing, Test Automation, and

DevOps

● Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in delivering

training in Agile environments

● Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain

complex concepts clearly and effectively

● Ability to guide and mentor students in hands-on environments and

support their learning through practical projects

● Experience with JIRA, Maven, and CI pipelines is highly desirable

● Certification in ISTQB, Selenium, or DevOps Tools is preferred

● Experience in delivering online and offline training sessions is a plus
