Metron Security is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Quality Assurance engineer to drive testing in our Cyber Security practice. We build and maintain integrations to transport data between Cyber Security endpoints (similar to anti-virus software) and data aggregators.

Responsibilities

• Study, Research, Analyze and Document different Cyber Security platforms.
• Identifying bugs and potential problems in Software.
• Plan and perform different stages of testing.
• Develop new tools and technology and testing Processes.
• Setup of Cyber Security environments on different systems, On-prem and different cloud platforms.
• Customer support with Cyber Security customers.
  
  

Requirements

• Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of work experience.
• The Candidate must be familiar with standard QA and documentation practices.
• Working experience on Ubuntu/Linux and Networking will be an added advantage.
• Must be Familiar with virtualization technologies like VirtualBox.
• At a minimum, one should be able to create virtual machines with and the installation of Linux or Windows operating systems.
• Excellent communication skills. The candidate may be required to jump on calls with end users.
• Should have the ability to quickly learn new software packages, install plugins on them and run tests.
• Experience with any cybersecurity software packages like Splunk, IBM QRadar, and IBM Resilient will be a plus.
• Experience with using cloud consoles. Examples: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.
