Founded in 2020, we've experienced steady growth to our current team of 12 professionals serving clients across 7 countries, primarily in Europe. We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Software Tester to join our international team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in software testing and be passionate about delivering high-quality products. You'll play a crucial role in enhancing software quality through methodical testing approaches, meticulous attention to detail, and collaborative problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute Comprehensive Testing: Conduct thorough functional, integration, regression, and system testing to ensure software quality, including implementation of automated testing solutions
• Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions or workarounds for reported problems
• Documentation & Reporting: Create detailed test documentation and deliver clear, actionable reports to project managers and product owners
• Strategic Test Planning: Analyze complex application workflows to develop logical, thorough testing coverage that addresses critical paths and edge cases
• Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities and contribute to enhancing quality assurance methodologies and team efficiency
• Client Communication: Participate in meetings with European clients to understand requirements, present testing outcomes, and provide technical insights
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, designers, and product managers to ensure alignment on quality standards and requirements implementation

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of software testing experience
• Technical proficiency with ability to write simple scripts, query databases, and fundamental IT knowledge
• Experience with automated testing (professional or personal projects)
• Strong logical and analytical thinking skills for handling complex application workflows
• Functional English communication skills sufficient for team meetings and basic documentation (fluency not required).
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks and work effectively in a team environment

• Experience with reporting tools or business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI)
• ISTQB or equivalent software testing certification (we will provide training and certification for qualified candidates)
• Experience testing ERP systems
