Job Title: ETL QA Engineer

Location: Pune, Mumbai

Experience: 6–7 Years

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ETL QA Engineer with a strong background in ETL testing and quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience in ETL QA and a solid understanding of data validation, transformation, and end-to-end data testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for ETL processes.

• Validate data accuracy, transformation logic, and data flows between source and target systems.

• Work closely with developers, data engineers, and business analysts to understand data requirements and ensure quality deliverables.

• Participate in requirement reviews, design discussions, and QA planning sessions.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in ETL testing.

• Strong understanding of ETL processes, data warehousing, and data quality assurance.

• Proficiency in writing and executing complex SQL queries for data validation.

• Basic experience or understanding of AWS platforms and services (preferred).

• Familiarity with defect management and test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, etc.

Secondary/Preferred Skills:

• Experience in cloud-based testing environments (preferably AWS).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
