Softwaretester (m/f/d) - Setup & further development of our quality assurance

We are Spell GmbH - experts in the migration of data, documents and media between archive and document management systems. With our flexible and modular tool moreen, we transfer large volumes of data to new archive environments and manage workflows between different interfaces. Our solutions are not only technically sophisticated, but also perfectly tailored to the individual needs of our customers.

In addition to moreen, we develop other software solutions for data migration - with different architectures and use cases. Specialized tools are also created in our projects: Some are intended for one-off deployments, others are further developed and used in the long term. To ensure that all these solutions work reliably, we want to set up and optimize our software testing procedures professionally. And this is where you come in!

Your challenge

• You build a reliable, dynamic software test environment and establish it in our development workflow.
• You develop test strategies and take quality assurance to the next level
• You test our software products and internal tools - both manually and automatically.
• You analyze test results, document them and help to continuously improve our software.
• You work closely with our developers and ensure the highest quality.
  
  

What you bring with you

• The ability to build QA structures for software development from the ground up
• Experience in testing backend software
• Knowledge of test methods, processes and tools
• Ideally experience with functional tests, automation tests, API tests and performance tests
• Good knowledge of German for internal communication
