Responsibilities：

• Analyze business and technical requirements to create detailed test plans, test cases, and test data.
• Execute manual and/or automated test cases for functional, integration, regression, and system testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers and other stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
• Review and contribute to requirements, design, and architecture documents to ensure testability.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality releases.
• Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on best testing practices.
• Contribute to automation frameworks and develop automated scripts where applicable.
• Provide test estimates and status reports to the team and management.

Requirements：

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software testing, including functional and non-functional testing.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in test case design, test execution, and defect management.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr).
• Solid understanding of automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, REST Assured) is a plus.
• Experience in API testing, UI testing, and database validation.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
